Tell me how it violates the 1st amendment again? Is the poster in jail because of his post?

The post was taken down because of what he said, and sports you Bungie didn't like it. That is oppression. No, it's not a huge deal, or even a big deal. But this kind of stuff makes me wonder if Bungie is a "good guy" or "bad guy".

Not oppression. It's their forum. They can remove whatever they want. Especially unfounded and unsourced claims.
