Is messenger still a 2 headburst?

It is...although they got a hard nerf come ttk it is still able to wreck people..it's just that this meta is all about high rate of fire and that's why low rates don't Realy have a place in pvp at this moment and time..imagine though how good would red death be in pve if the bring it as it was
