Lmao, yeah because the soldier from tf2 is known for his ability to fly.

They are pretty similar.

The rocket launcher is about it, she also has an ability that throws enemies into whichever direction they are opposite to its target area, a large missile barrage, and a hover ability. The characters overall are a lot more interesting than the tf2 ones imo, you can certainly see the inspiration.
