Besides a flashlight, you should leave it as is......well wait is this more a CQB setup or a distance setup?
I'm assuming that's a 1x4 optic, just a vertical foregrip close to the magwell would be ideal for a CQB setup.

Try out different foregrips and see which one you prefer. Keep the foregrip closer to the magwell. Other than that a light is a great accessory, something bright as hell with a strobe feature.
