You can get a year 1 exotic from Year 2. I got TTK in January, tried everything I missed (including PoE, which I did like 10 times before I got bored) and one of my drops was the Bow. I feel that since I managed to get it then, and hate playing PoE, and they already have a system in place, I should be able to buy it
