You can only get it as a drop from Coe. It's the same for Dregs and Lord, you can only get them from COE. You can't even get them in the POE 41. It shouldn't take too long to drop for you.

Lol...only took me to week three to get my first CoE's exclusive exotic to drop. I've been more than pissed at RNGeezus, but, I do find solace in the fact that I got a Queenbreaker's Bow as my first drop, in light of this thread!

Yeah it a little abnoxious. Just today I had a guy tell me that I wasn't meleeing enough and I quote "please never join me in COE again" Haha.

Really? We just went in and did what we had to to get kills melees when possible but we still came out with 40000 pts.im pretty sure we got 30000+ just doing speed runs with swords and rockets lol
