The Queen killing the Wolf Kell should be closer to Twilight Gap.
The House of Wolves was on its way to join the rest of the Fallen Houses at the Gap when the Queen intercepted them and began the Reef Wars. She killed the Wolf Kell during their assault on Ceres.

actually skolas abandoned the other fallen houses at twilight gap, as he thought (rightly,) they would lose. Only then, after they fled, did they try and take the reef and the queen declared war. Hope I helped!
