Well that was stupid if you had of bought it digitally you'd have only had to buy one copy, you can share owned games with one other Xbox one. Not surprised though if your math and spelling are anything to go by...

I didn't say anything mean or rude. Edit: i have two xboxes also. Unless you are playing on both at the same time, and in some cases even then, you don't need multiple copies. So my original question still stands. Do you have specific issues or are you just a tool I'm happy the community is losing?

Also exotics i have are now showing as locked and no blueprints even tho i have them on my charicter also for trials i was awarded the sulfer burnish and the exotic titan mark and the hammer time emote of whitch i cannot use any of them becuse it tells me i have to purchas the digital gardian package also i went to house of judgement to collect my rank packages (i am rank 7) and they all say rank 3 and i get nothing other than 9 ghosts at 335 at the post game screen also my charicter says upgrade avalible even tho evrything is also while i was cleaning out my valt all my year one wepons disappeared! !!

Awesome. Thank you for listing your issues. The cryptarch in the reef has never given level up packages. I don't know if that's a bug or by design, but it's always been like that. There is a known issue with Thunderlord in the kiosk. Is that the blueprint you are missing for year two weapons? Are there others? I don't know the answer about Trials. I'm sure someone that does will step in. I think rank three for Variks might be the max? You'll still get level up rewards. Getting 335 ghosts is pretty pimp. The post match rewards are random though. There's a known issue with PoE exotic weapons still looking like they aren't fully upgraded... Your text cut off, not sure that's what you meant. And finally, can you provide more details about cleaning out your vault? How did you do that, what weapons are missing, etc. That's a lot in one post. I appreciate you responding, but sometimes depending on the issues, smaller and more specific posts can be helpful. Some people can answer one issue, somebody else can answer another... When it comes to tech support, clarity and being succinct helps both the asker and the answer. Glad you are giving a chance to help now though. :-)
