That's what I'm saying. If they leave shoulder charge the way it is not using the charge, let throwing knifes be OHPK.
Else, leave throwing knifes the way they are and make shoulder charge use a melee charge

Add a 1.5 second charge rate to throwing knives and reduce range to shotgun range and I agree.

Edited by Soul_Eater_42: 4/25/2016 5:54:15 PMThey're not even in the same column. Throwing knives are a melee ability with its own column. Shoulder Charge is an innate ability in the Passive Ability column. Same as Stalker, Shadestep, and Angel of Light. Yeah, they're not equal in their function, but they're all designed specifically for these Subclasses. I could maybe see them adding a passive ability to Gunslinger that allows Throwing Knives to explode after hitting a target, but not just simply making Throwing Knives one-hit.

So, your argument is that since they are not in the same respective column in the subclasses they shouldn't be treated the same despite them both being a melee ability? Next you're going to say Forbes is a credible source? Warlocks melee, despite some nuances, is fairly balanced. Titans melee is fine aside from the shoulder charge issue. Hunters are ok aside from the broken blink strike and the throwing knives inability to OHPK. Shoulder charge is a melee ability, therefore it should be treated like one by having it use a melee charge. I'm not saying to do both, give throwing knives OHPK ability and have shoulder charge use a melee charge. All I'm saying is have one or the other, I'd be fine with either
