The only thing it needs is for shoulder charge to have like a 30 sec cooldown upon killing an enemy, so you have to actually use a weapon occasionally, and for lightning grenades to have a more constant indicator of where they will hit, because a lot of the time you feel like you're out of it, but then it pulses and dead. Just make a single, constant, lightning bolt out from it's center to at least tell us where it's pointing, then have it pulse normally.
