More or less just NERF shoulder charge a bit, or make it so the blast radius of FoH is a little smaller, but does a little more damage.
Or at least make it so FoH doesn't kill you while you are 1,000 feet above the person using it.
Edit: Some people are idiots in these forums...

-
Nobody likes shoulder charged around every corner.
-
Check out my Titan's Shoulder Charged build. I will spam tackle + feedback fence the shit out of everyone. And if it doesn't work, will equip those Mk 44s and spam charge even more.
-
Yeah, nobody likes that.
-
You forgot #satire. When was the last time you measured 1000ft while in crucible? Here borrow my Dead Orbit measuring tape. Also you want to reduce range on the super with the shortest range already? Nice logic.
-
Shortest range? Yeah right, I've been way farther than the blade radius and way higher than the Titan before. How about you stop worshiping Titans are realize that it's somewhat broken in those areas.
-
Try playing as a titan for more than the tutorial levels, then come back with a stronger opinion than "way higher."
-
I've had 4 Titans so far...
-
Does more damage? It's a super, it one shots either way depending how close you are
-
Because OBVIOUSLY you constantly 1000 feet above everyone
-
Oh look a hunter trying to Nerf
-
Oh look, a fsggot not checking his facts.
-
Oh so you're a warlock even worse. Has the easiest class to go flawless on. Don't need facts there.
-
Yeah, at least I have to aim my super.
-
Are firebolts considered "aiming?" Last I checked it was homing.
-
Well, that's not a super... And you have to throw it fairly close to the enemy but that's not really the point.
-
The sunsinger super allows for almost instant nade recharge. The firebolt can be those nades. And the firebolt doesnt really require 'fairly close.' Lob it into a room and hit the targets. But anyway...
-
Yeah, ever really use sunsinger? Not hard to avoid grenades, and they nerfed sunsinger a bit.
-
Yeah, first character was a warlock. Firebolts are not difficult to use, and they were not nerfed.
-
They were definitely nerfed at one point or another.
-
Death from above requires aiming especially when you're going for multi-kills. I've played trials with two warlocks all they did was spam Firebolt grenades. And the amount of times I've been killed by a panic Nova bomb not much different from fist of havoc.
