Have to disagree with the not mobile part depending on how you look at it though. The only non-mobile super is Ward of Dawn. The others can be used while moving and carry momentum. Fist of Havoc is definitely mobile in that sense. Being a single use instant cast with those properties it is pretty mobile. I see your point though, your meaning wasn't lost in technicalities.
