Now it's 'Nerf Strikers!'
Just for the love of God, just stop with the constant pissing and moaning. Strikers were [i]SEVERELY[/i] underpowered in year one, and now that every other super has been nerfed all the way the goddamn gallows, you're now turning your eyes to a super that doesn't need a nerf at all. The most it needs is for shoulder charge to be looked at, at best. At worst it needs to be to be tweaked so that it has a tiny bit more of a cool down. That is it.
Rant over.
Edit:: over 90 comments and we're trending. Maybe somebody will take something out of this. Probably not though.
Edit 2::: just to clarify, the reason why I'm writing this is because I've seen about 10 striker nerf posts in the past 2 days. So you don't have to ask 'why is he writing this?'

Edit 4::: I am not asking for a nerf to strikers. It was my favorite subclass in y1. I'm making a suggestion of it ever does come to need a nerf. *shivers*

Striker is the best one to use and Sunbreaker is useable but after the huge nerf the class feels weak compared to the other solar classes. Strikers and Sunbreakers imo need a huge buff because compared to how much Warlocks were buffed and "nerfed" they seem much more powerful while our buff was nothing more than a slightly farther melee range and melee damage.

The only thing I dislike about Strikers is their ability to stop, turn and then shoulder charge around a corner without the Mk.44 Stand Asides equipped. That and the general latency issues means that you'll sometimes get Shoulder Charged when on your screen they clearly went past you and missed but it still registers as a hit for them.

The only thing it needs is for shoulder charge to have like a 30 sec cooldown upon killing an enemy, so you have to actually use a weapon occasionally, and for lightning grenades to have a more constant indicator of where they will hit, because a lot of the time you feel like you're out of it, but then it pulses and dead. Just make a single, constant, lightning bolt out from it's center to at least tell us where it's pointing, then have it pulse normally.

Also, strikers only get one attack when they charge up their super, unlike the Sunbreaker,.

I had not played Destiny for a couple weeks. Logged in yesterday and played some Control. I forgot how fun the Striker was. Fist of Havoc, Shoulder charge with a Doctrine and a Conspiracy Theory was a blast. Would have played longer but Game of Thrones was coming on. Might have to sneak on and play tonight.

Wrong. Sun singers are wanted with nerfs and that's why titans were impossible to kill? They were so tanky in y1 and still wanted blade dancer nerfed.

2 RepliesThey were never underpowered. Maybe in the short window of time they had no acces to armamentarium but thats it. I agree they dont need a nerf or something but shit, guys like you whine the most. Crying before there is even word or rumor of a nerf.

My only problem is Shoulder Charge and the super Shoulder Charge: Sometimes it can hit you at ridicolus range. Once, I BLINKED before he even used it. He then went flying over me, 5 feet into the air and hit me. I ahve been on both ends, and this needs tweaking Either: A. Shoulder charge shouldn't eb able to "fly" to the air to hit one Or B. It can fly to the air, but less range Fist of Havoc: You can be 5 feet away on the ground to the super = 0 to little damage But then be 40 feet in the air and it OHK's Been on both ends. Beyond ridicolus It should either: Death from above is slower, but can kill if someone it's above them to a maxium fo 15 feet more or less Or Change the vertical radius There's a clip on youtube of someone using the perk that sends a wave forward that got a kill when he used the super (he was below the bridge on Bannerfall, where the spark is) and 2 guys on the bridge, behind the door that leads to a building. He still got the triple (someone was next to him)

I am a shoulder charge user. I have come across many times when my sc is going to kill d Guardian only to have him shotgun me or step back and kill me. It all about skill. So to all whiners, learn to live with it and improve. Warlock scatter grenades do homing on Guardian, does that need nerf too? (I also use a warlock). Bunjie should increase the minimum entry age to keep out all these juveniles.

What are we nerfing strikers for? I thought they were well rounded? It's sunsingers that can survive a rocket blast to the face that are over powered atm but still they have not really annoyed me enough yet got me to cry nerf!!
