He zooms in on the data slate, highlighting a a large door.
" second you need to make sure you have men at the doors to seal them shut and that noone gets out. Need to make it look like an the area automatically sealed."
"But most importantly yoy need a cause to draw away any doubt. Very easy to do with tensions this high. A few killers on each side can start of a brawl."
"However time I take it is a luxury we don't have so it looks like we will have to go with a riot. Get a few loyal expendable men strap them with explosives and blow those blast doors to the eye and back."

The problem is making it to the deeper relay stations that are cut off by quarantine, there will be heavy resistance that is entirely unpredictable. I could use your help for that." Ostan looks you over. "Once we gain control of enough infrastructure, we can simply lure our targets in and create a fire that will shut the blast doors and cover our tracks. Some targets will be more difficult than others. We will have to find an excuse to use automated defense, but if even that fails and our target survives, we will have a problem.. But the first step is access." "I can have cultist cells stage the riot near the Arcane library, they're expendable. The relay station we need first is located behind the quarantine zone under the library. It's in chaos territory, so there will be need of stealth. Umbra can help with that I suppose." Ostan stands and tightens his robe, preparing to leave. "And one last thing... I've supplies you with half the codes you'll need, encrypted of course. Once it is time I'll give you the cypher, just incase this envelope falls into enemy hands. They'd kill us all should the wrong people find out.
