I don't know how to put it into words. You were using still piercer for quicks coping in CQC, now you can't.
More you than anything. In CQC, shotguns > snipers.
Let quick scoping be harder.

I agree. Quick scoping in CQ should be damn near impossible but it was fun when it worked out. I'd just like snapshot back the way it was for drag scoping.
