Yeah, when I saw that description and Malok's card, my immediate conclusion was that Savathun wasn't exactly sad oryx was killed. That makes sense though, in the books of sorrow they constantly wage war and try to kill each other, as the sword logic demands it.

We left behind a power vacuum. She's next.

Xivu Arath is still around as well, she could be a bit of a problem

I am scared of the thought of Savathun actually wanting her brother to die this whole time and also ended up manipulating us in some way. But it may be happening.

Edited by Chaosking243: 4/17/2016 11:02:52 PMIt's certainly a possibility. When the hive were after the gift mast, Savathun infiltrated the species that had it and brought a lot of them down from within. She's not an enemy I'd want to deal with. Oryx was quite obvious in the way he went about things, using overwhelming force to get what he wanted. We'd probably never even know what savathun's true goals were until she'd already achieved them.

This got me thinking- could Savathun infiltrate somebody like Eris Morn? She's one of the biggest question marks at this point.
-
It's not an impossibility, I suppose.
-
Well, if her goal was to kill Oryx and then metaphorically -blam!- us then I think she succeeded.

I guess we'll have to see what the future brings. I imagine there's going to be a good deal of infighting with oryx's hive, perhaps opening the way for them to be taken over by one of the sisters? I also still want to know who Nokris is, and what part he/she/it has played, or is going to play.
