I checked my grimoire and found out that cards with golden borders have +15 points, purple borders +10 and everything else +5 (not counting grimoire cards with tiers, for example crucible ones).
Following this the only golden card that doesn't awards +15 is MYSTERY: THE VAULT OF GLASS 3.
Sadly when I acquire this card didn't pay attention to grimoire points so I can't be sure.
