I have only gotten one to drop on the rank up packages, and that one was before the last armsday order where it showed plus it had a bad roll on it. I tend to main HCs on my Hunter, especially the harder hitting varieties. Unfortunately there are only two of those in Y2, the Judith and The First Curse. A good solid HC will essentially allow you to walk through the Challenge of Elders this week by yourself without any real trouble at 320 light, just one shot each minion and go (except the Wizards of course, but they fold pretty quick under sustained fire).
