Try to convince me that the bubble shield wasn't the most effective equipment in Halo 3
English
-
Walk in. Spike Grenade. Kill.
-
People who try that walk straight 90% of the time, it's easy to tell when they're going to do that. I'll lose the bubble but I won't get stuck.
-
That's my plan most of the time, try to get them to lose the bubble shield then attack them directly. It worked most of the time.
-
Couldn't warthogs get through it?
-
-
Sorry I haven't replied to you. I'm trying to think of a valid argument because I always used bubble shield XD
-
Jammer allowed for easy surprise attacks and kills. I could easily walk in a bubble shield and launch a plasma either to stick the person or get them out
-
It was stupidly easy to pick a player out of a jammer. Unless they were oblivious or the attacking player was crouch walking, it was easy to locate both the jammer and the player.
-
Not as easy as walking into a bubble and spamming grenades inside. The defender literally has no advantage over the attacker
-
It allows the user to retreat or create a point from which to spam grenades and attack from. If used properly, a rushing soldier makes no difference because the bubble users will kill him easily and attack with the numbers advantage.
-
The attacker has the same benefits? And you can't keep assuming a scrub for each scenario, otherwise you'll always win no matter what.

I'm going from experience, people didn't simply kill me in a bubble. That's not to say I never died, but it wasn't very often.
