The exotic perk on Suros acts like glass half full but much more powerful. (Glass half full goes up to 6%, Suros goes up to 60%!) Once you hit the bottom half of the magazine you slowly starting doing more and more damage, with the biggest increases happening on the last 5 bullets. The damage numbers on the table are from testing in pve. The percentages are the percent increase from the base damage.
