They just ruined MIDA in PVE by removing high caliber rounds so it won't stagger major and ultras any longer so now with its lower than normal impact it's too weak to compete with most legendary scouts. Nice job you Whinny morons!

Exactly! This is why we need separate PvP weapons. Contrary to what this sandbox guy says exotics need to have separate attributes for PvP and PvE. They should have left high caliber rounds on MIDA active in PvE.
