My lovely friend I've been complaining to this topic since day one... The answer is "aim assist" I still don't get why developers think that everyone is half retarded and they have to help us like little babies to shoot, I took games like battlefield in which they put the option in which you actually can choose if you want that help or not. Knowing for the fact that most of the people playing the game will still use the aim assist, at least I could die gloriously knowing that I killed half of their team with my own skill. By the way yeah! It's not coincidence that everyone uses 100 YS you just have to point and shoot. Totally hate it.i am always trying different snipers and found one in which I really have to quick scope everyone and love it. The name is Aoife Rua D - Hakke.
