Sniper Flinch needs a massive increase, and close range snipes should be nearly impossible. Snipers should be able to kill in one hit, that's kind of the point. But they are also supposed to be ambush weapons. A sniper should be so confused and randomly turned around when they get shot by a pea shooter while ADS that re-acquiring their target is out of the question. The Unflinching perk should mitigate this by allowing them to face the same direction, but they will probably want to transition to primary, and run. Aim assist at close range should be completely removed. This should not be gradual. Snipers should work at 50 meters, and not work at all at 49.9. All sniper perks should be turned off at 49.9 meters. These changes would make Snipers the situational weapon they should have been from the beginning, instead of the primary weapon they are now.
