Not a good thing. If we brought back Year 1 items, no one would use Year 2 guns. After that, adding new guns would be useless, as everyone would only use the three guns that are the best in the game. "Well lets just make new guns stronger, duh!" You say, and my response is short "Power Creep" I really don't want to use only 3 guns for the next 8 years.
