If all exotics were released with TTK few things would have happened. -balancing and fixing weapons around would have been a lot harder to do -best weapons would have been named on Day 1, and that would have reduced the amount of trying the guns out and having different "seasons" in pvp -there would have been less content in the months following TTK -there would have been more guns to find on Day 1. 4 results of that happening, and only one is good. Like it or not, releasing exotics with delay is a good thing for the game. [spoiler]also, my original comment was on taking weapons away from players by not having them upgrade (like the fatebringer), but I am always happy to have an argument about this stuff[/spoiler]
