• Pay for gear, get good rolls, infuse 1 to 1 congrats you just paid to win.

  • Except you still need to get the high level gear to infuse. Rolls really don't matter enough that being able to buy some random rolls on a non guaranteed bit of gear makes the game pay to win, and that's not even factoring in the fact that, again, you need to get the high level gear to infuse.

  • I do see your point. And at endgame, which everyone is at now, it will kinda matter. hmmm..... idk but is it just me or are the devs being "lazy" about this game... The updates just seem that way to me...

No it's not.... You get three free packages a week for the duration of the game... It's not like we get one free festival of the lost package and need to buy the rest... We can get the permanent gear over time without paying a single dime. = not pay to win

  • Jusf like mobile games you get a taste once a day once a week whatever, then you need to pay for the rest.

Is it a mandatory thing needed to proceed through the game? No?
Therefore, it is not pay-to-play. Confirmed by literal definition of the term. Here
Yes?
Give me whatever you are smoking, and go re-read "No?" again...
