We reported midgame and did that and stil got the same players. So much for a fresh matchmakin. This is really beyond a joke

I got my share tonight of that. .. it's been one of the worse IB i ever played. Shooting people and not taking damage, getting punch by someone that magically just spawned on top of me ... etc... Little shits with no skill... My solution is let everyone lag switch then everyone is at the same level and make a good game turn into shit that no one will ever play. Get rid of the ban hammer lets all start cheating see if that makes the game more interesting. Now seriously. .. i dont like to say this but people with poor connection or connections that keep breaking should be kickedout of the game after 4 times of going red lets say... I got a normmal connection nothing special and i might lag a few times... to be honest i don't know but from my end i don't have any problems apart from time to time which i think is... normal due to internet providers ir other things... But i would be up to that... if my connection is not stable in a particular day kick me from the game... if that can solve some of this issues I don't mind taking one for the team. So. The bar system is based on how well your console can ping the other players console in game. Not how good of Internet they have. That being said, if your experiencing consistent red bar players who "glitch" across the map and won't take damage, it's most likely your network configuration and your experiencing the damage referee. Destiny is a P2P based game. It requires your network to be able to communicate with residential ip addresses, also known as non public or anonymous ip addresses. Network address translation or nat processes private network ip addresses (your devices) and converts them with your gateway IP address (supplied by your ISP). In this process, it regulates communication with certain ip addresses. Nat type 3 or strict nat only communicates with public ip addresses that it requests. Nat type 2 or moderate will communicate with public ip addresses, nat type 2 or nat type 1, but will drop packets received by any non public ip addresses. Nat type 1 will communicate with everyone. Now, if your nat type 2, you will see red bar players because your console is dropping packets coming in from other players. Not all but most. This usually shows a player lag or glitch across the screen because your console was unable to process the information of the player moving from point A to point B. Bungie monitoring servers can see nat type and would show packets being dropped at your end. A lag switch is the physical manipulation of the outgoing wire prior to the router and would be dropping far more packets than nat type. This would be obvious to bungie as its happening completely differently from configuration. This is why you may not see players banned for lag switching. Because they probably weren't. There are many different forms of network manipulation and have different symptoms and appear differently when monitored. I highly suggest that you double check your network configuration. Make sure UPnP is enabled WITHOUT manually port forwarding If selectable, select nat type 1 or open nat. It may appear something like "allow anonymous ip pass through". If using a modem/router combo AND another router connected to the modem, place the modem in bridge mode to avoid double nat. I hope this clears things up and can help your red bar "lag switch" problem.

No copy and paste. Sorry. I rarely do that. Sorry for the late reply. I had no intention of accusing you. Only trying to help. I rarely see red bar. And when I do, it's only one person and they always take damage. The few times I've seen actual lag switching, it's undeniably obvious from improperly configured networks. When it comes to things like lag, there is only one thing that we have absolute control over and it's our own network. I typically check my network from my routers UI before I sit down and play. I don't want to see the lag and I don't want to be the guy lagging. All P2P games are the same yet they can be drastically different. They all run optimally with nat type 1 and UPnP. Yet they can be different in how they are coded, graphical quality and processing just to name a few. Destiny has a high graphic content so it's going react differently than black ops 3. Bungie has made an effort against improperly configured networks by pushing the lag back on them. They have made that clear in recent updates. They have literally said players who don't properly configure their networks will suffer. I can go on and on. Take a look at your settings. It couldn't hurt. What's the worst that happens, either you confirm its not your connection or you solve the problem. Good luck.

There is no sense of achievement in cheating. .. it just shows how bad a person/player is and it shows who that person in real life is... A LOOSER! I like to get to the top and be the best that i can not just in this game but everything in my life... it makes me go: -blam!- yeah did and deserve the credit. .. So you already won. ;)

Everytime bungie tries to fix something or add something they manage to create 10 times more problems. I've played since day 1 and it's been down hill ever since the first DLC. The Division looks better and better with every bungie screws up.
