Any quest you abandon, you can retrieve again from this kiosk.
Ex. I abandoned the Shaxx bounties quest, but was able to retrieve it from the kiosk.

Oh right! Just a replica of the one at the tower? I thought that it meant a kiosk that was abandoned, as it didn't say Abandoned QUESTS Kiosk in the Reef
