Ah You're right, do you have any idea what the lowest Light level Armor piece that has I/D/S on it is? It may be possible it doesn't show up unless there's enough Light on it. It could be that these unfusable armors ONLY inherit the Light level and this only brings out already existing I/D/S stats. Guess we will just have to wait and see :(
