Oh I see. Same thing happened to me with No Backup Plans, was my 2nd Exotic armor piece, first one I bought from Xur, then dismantled it few months later (for some reason that made sense at the time)
Come Y2, no blue-print for Y1 NBP, must have been a cut-off point

One would think that they'd use your Grimiore for that. If you have the card, you have the blueprint, easy as that. Not sure why they didn't go that route.
