I never got the QBB ,will it drop from engrams or will I have to grind low level POE?

you can get it from legacy engrams.

Youll get it from poe since its not a drop from level 35 turning into a bounty anymore, thats whats the deal right now. I got a lord of wolves from level 32. Im not sure if it only comes out of a big chest though, dont remember if i got it out of a tiny one. Unless they change everything and youll get poe stuff from a level 2 yellow bar ultra dreg using a 3 of coins.
