we still dont know how engrams will decrypt, will the decrypt at 320 if you are over 310? will they decrypt at 335 if you are 320? will they decrypt between 320 and 335? also if you had a year one exotic but dismantled it will you have the blueprint?

it the same as normal. If you are 300 you will get an avarage number based on rng. . You could get 310 or 290. If you are 320, you could get 325/330 or 31x gear. It's all rng. this is how the basic of rng up to means.

Logic says: As we got 310 after being 310+ we will get 320 exotics after being 320+ and we will get 335 hopefully after being 330+ (remember nothing is guaranteed)...I am trying to be skeptic to be surprised....... not disappointed!!! ;)

I get a mix bag now at 308. I've gotten plenty of 310's of what I don't want and 290's of what I do want. lol

Get yourself up to 311 and you'll have guaranteed 310s

Hard to say. I received Universal Remote twice in Y1, well before we knew shotguns were being buffed. Decided not to keep them, and sharded them. Come Y2, I had no Universal Remote blueprints in the kiosk, and I had to "discover" it in order to buy it. Thankfully, Xur's Legacy engrams are likely to decrypt into Y1 exotics you don't have yet. First Legacy Exotic Special Weapon Engram I bought from him turned into the Remote.

Same thing happened to me with No Backup Plans, was my 2nd Exotic armor piece, first one I bought from Xur, then dismantled it few months later (for some reason that made sense at the time) Come Y2, no blue-print for Y1 NBP, must have been a cut-off point

One would think that they'd use your Grimiore for that. If you have the card, you have the blueprint, easy as that. Not sure why they didn't go that route.
