I'm assuming the new poe will also be 3 man. Raid teams split from each other once again...

But also more accessible if it's hard for you to get six of your friends together for a raid session. It will work well for some people, less so for others.

Very true. When it comes to poe, whichever two members of my raid team gets on first are my "best friends" lol.
