So bungie has decided to add armor with armor values to the eververse trading. She is no longer purely cosmetic. This is the start of a downward spiral

Ok but its also easily obtainable so its not too bad... Yet...
-
I bet you have a large butthole.....
-
stop. s t o p.

They already did the exact same thing with the racing gear. It's not the beginning of anything. It's purely cosmetic. Relax.

Okay, let's take a moment to evaluate your complaint. You say that the implemented micro-transactions are pay to win because the sterling treasure boxes provide gear. Well, keep in mind that any gear you get from the sterling treasure boxes only has a light level of 3, meaning that I would have to sacrifice something I already have to infuse that armor piece to make it viable. So it's a one for one trade on top of the silver I'm buying. So in regards to the gear you get from the boxes, it isn't pay to win, and as far as it seems, the majority of the community seems to disagree with you on that as well. HOWEVER, the reputation boost given by the treasure I can agree with you, being able to have shots at reputation boost from micro-transactions is somewhat unfair. (saying somewhat because we don't know how much the boost is) -Browniex

It's no different to the SRL gear you got from the log book.

No it is still cosmetic. It's not pay to win. U can still get this gear either way. But if ur unlucky with destiny's atrocious RNG then there u go, you can use the silver to try for new gear. U still have to earn and infuse the armor ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Sterling Treasure boxes are available from playing the game. You can in fact get 3 a week, but if you want more, you are going to have to pay Eververse.
-
Where does it say they are available and do we know the contents?
-
Watch the stream....
-
Whats in the treasure boxses and if its like 2 light gear than all it is is cosmetic
-
WATCH THE VIDEO
-
Where please show me?
-
Unknown player made a video on it, I think.
-
Go to Bungie twitch page and you can re-watch the stream.
-
I'll enjoy watching the fanboys defend Bungie when they inevitably start selling gear outright for money.
-
See not even an hour and they are swarming to shut me up.
-
Except they wont and he's dumb lol do some research
-
I did. It stated that Eververse will sell sterling chests with infuseable gear which makes her no longer cosmetic only.
-
Where does it say this i don't see it anywhere?
