QUESTION: Do we know what time this is likely to drop? Usual update time or Weekly/Daily update time?

Hmm. Makes a big difference! I might need to take the 12th off work.

Never take the day off that an expansion is released. Down load it and take the following day off, the 13th. That way, if there are any issues like extended DL times or bugs that need to be fixed you haven't wasted all that potential play time.
