Sounds good but blues don't have as many perks as purples. You'd be handicapping yourself to look good

Yea to a degree. Maybe make it so they roll with a random perk that would come on a legendary to make it more practical.

Definitely like the idea. not necessarily, by crafting a blue into a purple it can unlock a random extra perk.
