Good list, I'm still trying to figure out if KF hard will drop 330 or 335 though, the source are conflicting right now

When the update drops, Only PoE challenge of the elders will drop 335 gear. But, after a hotfix is deployed later on, every current endgame and Crucible activity gear will drop at 335

Just did a little more research. At launch it will be 330 after a Hot Fix it will be 335.
