The only Problem I have with them is self-rez. It's cheesy. It was a mistake to put it in the game.
What makes it even worse is the fact that you get a damage reduction and a 1 hit melee afterwards.
Now there's no solution to it.
I just hope the don't do the same mistake in Destiny 2.

More cheesy than a nearly indestructible bubble? Or one hit kills with massive aoe? Or multiple one hit kills? Or multiple one hit kills with aoe? Or one hit kills that suprress nearby enemies? Or multiple one hit kills that suprress nearby enemies?

Its got a uniqueness to it, if you die in a good place you can singlehandedly mount a comeback. Same with the other ones, but its all in. Sunsinger has a lot of utility with self res, the other options kinda suck bc radiant skin is negated by snipers or team fire(most of the time) I mean, a second life in trials is pretty powerful if the other team isnt ready for it or they mess up when you pop it.

I just feel like since it's the only super in the game that doesn't give you a game-changing ability, self-res is a genius perk to add to it. & like you said, any super can swing a round in trials if used correctly, & you don't even need to die to do so with them.

Not what i meant. I meant [i]you can afford to die[/i] in trials with the sunsinger. What it lacks in raw killing power, it has in potential to turn the tide. Almost as much as the other super. And yes you don't need to die to use the other super, but you also [i]can't[/i] die and use the super. Self res is a good perk, song of flame and radiant skin should be reworked. They can maybe allow for some offensive play like quiver, or weapons/blessing from the other 'support' subclasses.

It is a super tho, it should do something cool. And if you aren't ready to gangbang them off res(particularly in trials) it's kinda your fault. HOWEVER, -In 6v6 its a different story -not everyone is up and can res snipe -maybe you didnt expect it -they get an overshield from the 1 shot melee and have damage reduction making them even stronger. but it is a super and they don't really have anything like hammers or insta-kill golden gun bullets. Self res is okay by itself.
