In Destiny you roll into pvp with blue weapons and you're just as effective as a max gear guardian. Division if you have high end gear it's going to show.

That is where you're wrong. A guardian with a blue weapon will get shit on by someone with a weapon that is top tier in the current meta more often than not. If you think someone with a blue hand cannon is going to outperform someone with a Counterbalance Doctrine of Passing, you're seriously deluding yourself.
