Wait. No adding burns makes you take more damage and deal more if you have said burn.
And in the division the higher difficulties the enemies automatically do more damage amd you do more damage by switching you skills and abilities. Ok so destiny added burn mechanics and the division have them built in.
Same thing. But no I don't consider adding burns a mechanic. Mechanics are things required to advance the fight or hurt the boss in a substantial way. Like activating the big turrets to take down a helicopter. That's a mechanic.
But still the 2 games are apples and oranges. They are both very good in there own way, though division has a much better start than destiny did upon release. And it may go opposite, destiny got better, the division might get worse. Who knows. Two different Un comparable games.

I love that we can run challenge mode as much as we want and always get the credits for it! Put in the work, get the GUARANTEED reward. 30 credits(still find myself calling them marks!) and an exotic armor piece. Plus several legendaries, unless it's the helicopter mission, then it's a bunch of legendaries(on hard, more when it's challenge im sure, especially with the increase challenge drop rates in tomorrow's patch!) Not looking forward to that challenge mode mission! Jesus!

there is no challenge mode of the helicopter bro. Challenge mode in Division is set to like 5-6 of the missions, that's it. the hardest one is the one right before the helicopter
