there is a turret to shot the helicopter with? I always just shot at it normally, killed it tons of times.
I was saying more like, all the flamethrower bosses are slow moving, long range. (aka you just joust them around the room)
turret guys are just wait for their turret gun (or machine gun whatever it is) to run out of bullets and shot him until he brings it back up.

Heh point proven ;) But yes. That's courtyard where you originally hacked the turrets to your side. If you go around and activate them they do a sizable amount of damage before the helicopter shoots them and they get destroyed. Next time you go through *it was a hard daily yesterday* head up top near one of the turrets and there's a small console to interact with for the extra damage.
