I don't get how anyone could even compare the division to destiny in the first place - let's puts rpg and loot and raids aside for a second: Destiny is one of the best, if not [i]the[/i] best fps out there, it looks great and the guns are full of character, they feel beautiful to shoot. The division could be compared to GTA but without all that.... fun. It's more like the unintended outcome of a drunken night with watchdogs but the vehicles got taken out and you can play with other people to make the missions less of a grind.
People said the division would kill destiny. The free update for destiny is getting more attention than the division in its [b]first month!![/b]

Well, duh. As much as people love to bash Destiny, it's still the only game that came out headlining the new gen consoles, that's still actually being talked about. Watchdogs? Flopped. Evolve? What's that? Basically any other game that was heralded to be the next evolution in gaming that came out alongside the new consoles, died within the first few months. Destiny, despite its problems at launch, is still going strong with a reported 25 million subscribed users. It's not a question of whether or not Destiny will make it to ten years. It's a question of whether they'll keep it going for another ten years after that, or longer.

Halo is the best fps out there. Everything else is invalid. Still love destiny though.

Bull, halo 3 was, and is, amazing! So is ODST, and reach, and 5! Not 4 though.

3 wasn't bad, but I don't want to use a grav hammer, I want my pistol to scope, I want to use my BR like I remeber.. etc. Halo 2 was the last bare bones, pure skill game made. Yes there was exploits (that I used regularly), Super Jumps, BRB/BXB, etc. No other game has played as good at Halo 2 has as far as FPS in MY opinion. Plain and simple...

Ok, ok.... Halo 2 is the the best halo game, I'll admit to that. But the other halo games are still good.

One reason I am scared to see where Destiny goes. Who knows this might be another 3 game franchise for Bungie and then let to go (for a pretty penny) to a half ass development company.

I do agree with you there. Even standing the test of time, the older games still play pretty great today (except the warthog in Halo 1, f[b]u[/b]ck that piece of shit, may it burn in hell. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I even enjoy the Halo universe enough that I read the books. (Yeah, I know that has nothing to do with the game play, but it shows that the video games built a compelling story and lore in their universe, so that interesting and more complex stories in the form of books could be created from them.)
