Why does an action hero need a love interest? Put the explosions and gunfire back on. Not everything has to involve your sexuality, straight people. If you're going to shove your sexuality in people's faces, maybe you just shouldn't ask for basic human rights. After all, what mistreatment is good for gander is just as harmful for goose. Yknow, if straight suicide rates were rising because queer people wouldn't let them have any rights, you would say something much different.

I think that being straight and including straight romance in culture is still a thing because it's been that way for centuries. Gays are beginning to be accepted, and they are in the process of becoming wholly accepted. People need to be more accepting until that time comes, and I'm hoping there will be more acceptance from this current generation.
