Valkyr in Hysteria could easily survive. A Trinity could use Link and send the damage right back at the Death Star and destroy it. With good timing, a Frost could block it with his bubble. A Wukong could use Defy and revive himself before fully dying. Rhino has a brief invulnerability period after using Iron Skin. Nyx can use Absorb and store all the damage. So many Warframes have some sort of invincibility period, most of them would be able to survive in some way.

I doubt their ground forces can survive the world blowing up.

Check out warframe. A tenno doesn't [i]need[/i] ground forces when they have arch wings that grant them flight.

I have seen what the Ground forces do in the games. They are not withstanding a Planet blowing up.

.....what ground forces? Grineer? Corpus? Both enemies. The frames themselves? Dear god plenty of them have psuedo or direct invincibility powers as it is. Valkyr. Rhino Wukong Trinity Nyx. Just to name a few.
