It is not invalidated, because I never said it was a part of the constitution.
This country was founded by people who wanted to be free by government rule and to practice their own religion. The King was very specific to just one religion, so it ruled out Christians and other religions as well.
Yes, the government is separate from religion, because it was intended for religion to be untouched by governing. But then again, governments forced prayer out of school, and is calling refusal to violate one's beliefs as "discrimination". So I guess that didn't really work out didn't it?
