Anyone from DBZ apparently. Like, the Deathstar will charge up for three episodes while shouting and shit, the dude getting blasted will sit their dumbfounded with his quivering mouth and orgasm noises, but when the smoke clears and you're like, "well yea, he should be good and dead", he'll be all like, "nah, I've just got some pound signs all over my skin and clothes, and like some blood on my lip."

I have actually watched it (DBZ), but clearly not for long, because I don't like it. The way I described it is exaggerative, of course, but it isn't without merit. Many fights in the show consist of long periods of dialogue and filler bullshit that are in direct reference to my original statement. I've seen episodes that cut to commercial more than once during a combat scene's intrinsic dialogue (in the characters' minds) while they summed each other up/charged up some sort of ability. There are of course cuts to other scenes during this time (like the forever running on some huge dragon in heaven by Goku LOL). All I'm saying is... The show sucks.
