I think you misunderstood number 2. I think that is about the right for gay couples to adopt kids, not gay children being adopted. Or perhaps I am wrong or misunderstood your comment.

Oh hahaha you're right, my bad. I don't see why gays can't adopt, I think being an orphan is worse than having gay parents. Having gay parents isn't as good as a mom and dad because there are certain things we learn through a mom and dad that we don't through two dads or two moms (take psychology).

Perhaps, but I imagine getting kids out of the orphan system is probably a better idea. Some is better than none right?
