The first curse itself doesn't really need any buffs. Maybe make the movement speed buffs more noticeable.
The lowest fire rate hand cannons need a buff as a whole though.
IMO I'd say no changes to impact/fire rate as it is already in a spot where you trade some TTK for damage which is useful in many situations such as assisting in kills, helping with damage drop off, causing more flinch ect.
I'd say increase the flinch multiplier for this archetype from 1.75 to 2.0 so that while you have a below average TTK on non-low armor targets you make up for it by making it hard to shoot back at if you're hitting people.
