Hi,
This is a known issue Bungie is currently investigating. You can still progress in your quest by working on the latest step you are on.

For you, that would be step 5 of that quest. The previous steps display as incomplete while they actually are completed.

Hi there, thanks for the reply. What about starting new quests?? From memory when I do and the new quest steps are revealed, as they don't "tick off" I don't believe I can continue to the next step.

You should still be able to. The next step should just appear. Some quests do tick off and some don't. But you should always be able to continue on the latest part
