Well let me explain why I would wear one. (I don't actually have one yet and this isn't why every furry wears one) I made up my character to help me with social anxiety. Talking to people in person is really hard but basically anything between us makes it easier for me to communicate. (this forum for example... Or a fursuit...) My character helps because he is very social and so I try to act like him.
